Armored heaters - Armored resistances
Armored heaters of any type and shape, also custom-made, shaped with numerical control machine, for industrial or civil use.
Heaters for immersion in a liquid: used in water, oil, cleaning systems and degreasers, food, tar and sludge.
Dry-use heaters (solid-state or ventilated furnaces) and for forced-air use (finned or non-finned resistors, inserted individually or as a battery, into forced ventilation channels).
Depending on application, they are available in carbon steel, AISI304 or AISI321 stainless steel, AISI316L either electrowelded or Seamless, Incoloy 800, titanium and copper. Diameter from 6mm to 16mm, length up to a maximum of 7000mm.
For resistors to be used in melted liquids, both customer design resistor and its cooling coil are available.
Resistors and units with flanges or threaded cap, terminals with protection degree from IP40 to IP55, IP65, and IP68 (total immersion), up to ATEX. Flanges can be standard (UNI, ANSI) or customized, and come in iron or AISI304 or 316 stainless steel.
